Admittedly, we are absolute Africa fans and were very sad that our previous tour operator Explo-Tours no longer offered this type of tour.<\/p>\n

With zebrafari motorbike adventures on an African tour again, we were very excited and were not disappointed in any way. <\/p>\n

Before the start of the tour, we received detailed and timely information, tips and assistance from the organiser. This all-round feel-good package was to continue on our 4-week tour. Clemens and Josef proved to be very well prepared. Flexibility and active problem-solving on site are very important to the guys.
\nRichi, our local chef, motorbike towing service and drone rescuer spoiled us with delicious food and was generally always in a good mood.<\/p>\n

The group was really great, always happy to come back.<\/p>\n

Four weeks of enduro touring through Namibia while it is winter in Germany: this is the ideal winter escape. Namibia is an enduro paradise with only a few asphalt roads and a large selection of tracks in all levels of difficulty, so that you can ride sometimes easy, sometimes challenging routes, depending on your form on the day. Add to this the grandiose nature and endless expanse.<\/p>\n

The support vehicle transports the luggage and provides cold beer in the evening at the camp. That's how it can be endured.

On our 4-week Namibia-Kenya tour, Zebrafari - motorbike adventures once again proved to be the perfect organiser. African cuisine thanks to our cook Osman from Tanzania left nothing to be desired. Simply delicious!<\/p>\n

it was the first experience of this kind for me,<\/p>\n

i.e. the first trip in Africa and the first trip with enduro tracks and then across Africa from Namibia to Kenya!<\/p>\nThanks to your super service from the beginning of the booking (with information before the trip, your preparation of the tour, route and overnight stays) to your service on the tour, 24 hours a day, it was a really great experience for me:
\nIt was great to experience the different landscapes of Africa.
\nUnforgettable how close we got to some of the lions, elephants and hippos on the extra safaris and were able to observe the animals. And the impressions of the people and their life in Africa.\nThe many original overnight stays and camps were also a great experience, sometimes directly on the river with a view of hippos or in the middle of the forest, on the mountain with great views or free camping surrounded by the locals, simply fantastic.<\/p>\n

Your provision of breakfast and dinner was really delicious. A big compliment to your chef Othman.<\/p>\n

But really the best thing: if something didn't go according to plan, it was made to fit! Can't be done, didn't exist! <\/p>\n

Das Afrika-Fieber hat mich wieder gepackt! \nEigentlich brauchen wir keine Organisation, um auch au\u00dferhalb Europas auf Motorradtour zu gehen. Aber dieses Konzept hat uns sofort begeistert. Hin- und R\u00fccktransport unseres Motorrads im Container, sodass wir die 8.000 km von Mombasa nach Kapstadt one-way fahren k\u00f6nnen; kein G\u00e4nsemarsch, sondern anhand von Tracks\/Routen frei unterwegs sein; campen und keine Nobelunterk\u00fcnfte. Und das war dann in der Realit\u00e4t 2019 so klasse, dass wir es nach Corona mit der Nachfolgerfirma \u201a zebrafari\u2018<\/strong> direkt noch einmal gebucht haben. Und dabei noch mehr \u201aWiederholungst\u00e4ter\u2018 getroffen haben.\n<\/p>\n \u201aZebrafari\u2018 <\/strong> hat das bestehende Konzept in vielen Details noch weiter verbessert. Und die Menschen dahinter sind einfach klasse: mit Josef als Guide, Othman als Koch und Clemens dem Chef war es 2024 sogar m\u00f6glich, mit meinem gebrochenen Fu\u00df die Reise (als Sozia) fortzusetzen. Auch hier an dieser Stelle noch einmal vielen Dank f\u00fcr die Unterst\u00fctzung und die Organisation, aber auch vielen Dank an die ganze Gruppe, die mich mit Wort und Tat unterst\u00fctzt hat. \n

\nich durfte bei der Transafrikatour von Mombasa nach Kapstadt 2024 mit dabei sein. Es war f\u00fcr mich ein unvergessliches und tolles Erlebnis.

\nWas f\u00fcr ein unglaubliches Abenteuer!

\nIm Januar 2025 bin ich mit Zebrafari 30 Tage durch S\u00fcdafrika und Namibia gefahren. 30mal im Zelt schlafen, 30mal Essen vom afrikanischen Lagerfeuer, 30mal Sandpisten mit Elefanten, Giraffen, Zebras, Leoparden\u2026 Es war einfach fantastisch! Einige kleinere, spontane Reparaturen bei 30 Grad waren zwar n\u00f6tig, mit Bier und Rock-Shandy liessen sich am Abend beim \u00abW\u00fcstenfernseher\u00bb aka Lagerfeuer die wilden Geschichten dann noch ein bisschen \u00abausbauen\u00bb.
\nClemens ist ein wirklich guter Organisator, spontan, pragmatisch, hilfsbereit, seine Erfahrung ist Gold wert und macht das Reisen entspannt. Unser lokaler Tourguide Richi hat mit seinem Landcruiser ebenfalls sehr geholfen, wenn mal was Unvorhergesehenes auf uns zu kam. \n<\/p>\nTipps: Es n\u00fctzt, wenn man am eigenen Motorrad ein bisschen schrauben kann, weil fast zwingend irgendwann irgendwas abfallen wird. Einfache Navigationskenntnisse mit Handy erweitern die Routenwahl. Und man nimmt immer zu viel mit, immer. Endurobekleidung und Regenschutz, Zahnb\u00fcrste, Zelt, Schlafsack und ein bisschen Bordwerkzeug, vielmehr braucht\u2019s eigentlich nicht.

\nVon Mombasa nach Kapstadt - eine unvergessliche Tour in 2024 !!!

\n35 Tage und 8500 km durch Schwarzafrika und das s\u00fcdliche Afrika, eine Hammertour. Durch die Organisation von Zebrafari, den Service Truck und das Reisen in der Gruppe f\u00e4hrt man eine solche Reise mit \"doppeltem Boden\" im Vergleich zum Soloreisenden.\n

\nHighlights waren die Begegnungen mit den Locals, soooo viele Menschen und Kinder aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen und Traditionen. Auch die Naturerlebnisse auf Safari und im Okavango-Delta waren Eindr\u00fccke f\u00fcrs Leben.

\nDie Strecken waren z.T. durchaus anspruchsvoll, Leopard Hill in Sambia, einige Sandpassen. Ich war mit einer alten XT600 Tenere Bj. 86 unterwegs, die richtige Wahl, da das Moped nur 175 kg wiegt (nur wenige Umfaller).

\nJosef war ein super Tourguide, hat alles hervorragend organisiert, hat ein Gesp\u00fcr f\u00fcr Land und Leute und wie wir uns als G\u00e4ste in Afrika verhalten sollen. Othman hat uns mit tollem Essen versorgt. Und Ela war die gute Seele des Teams.\n

\nDas war sicher nicht meine letzte Tour mit Zebrafari in Afrika. Ich freue mich jetzt schon.
